Coral Sand Remineralising Media
This coral sand remineralising media can be used in our refillable remineraliser and alkaliser cartridges to help raise the pH of post-RO water and add natural mineral content back into the water.

This media is suitable for use with our refillable remineraliser alkaliser cartridges, including:

- Post-RO remineralisation setups
- Selected refillable water filter cartridges
Important Usage Note
Please note: This coral sand should generally not be used on its own. For best results, it is preferably used together with calcite or inside a suitable refillable remineraliser/alkaliser cartridge. Results will vary depending on the incoming water quality, contact time and cartridge setup.
How It Works
This aragonite-based coral sand can help increase the pH of post-reverse osmosis water, with final pH levels varying depending on the infeed pH of the water supply and the system configuration.
In some applications, post-RO water may increase up to around pH 10, although actual results will vary.

Natural Bahamas Aragonite
This aragonite comes from the pure and pristine Bahamas Banks. Unlike beach-zone collected sands, it contains no tar, harmful organics or impurities.
