If you live in the metropolitan areas of Sydney, you don't have Chlorine treatment in your water you have Chloramine. Chloramine is a combination of Chlorine and Ammonia, a normal carbon cartridge will not effectively treat water with Chloramine added. Matrikx pB1 treats 0.5 micron with heavy metal reduction in particular lead, Cryptosporidium and Giardia at >99.984% Treats for 10,000 litres 9 ¾" (248mm).
