I will always sing this company's praises from the hilltops given half the chance ... had a water filter from them that must be about 15 years old now - can always get almost instant advice if I have a question (even on weekends - wt?), fast postage and good quality products. Apart from needing a couple of replacement parts over the years (minimal), our old reverse osmosis system is still chugging along! LOVE psi waterfilters!

I have been a customer for almost 17 years. Ordering replacement filters is straightforward and delivery is prompt.

The replacement filters came relatively quickly. Easy to fit but a bit tricky to keep the water from splashing everywhere. I suggest a few towels place close by when attempting this task.
Once we used it a few times the water ran clear and the water is now pristine. Well worth the effort.
