Noticed one of the other reviewers commented that they leak after a few years and he can't stop even after replacing seals - I've had 3 housings that did the same and they damaged my cupboards due to the water going everywhere before I realised - fortunately my wooden floorboards weren't damaged. Finally worked out the issue - they split at the inlet and outlet ports so the housing leaks through the sides bypassing the gasket. Have one housing left of the same type so will be sourcing an alternative to replace that as well
I seem to be replacing the housing every 23 years, all of a sudden spring a leak, new oring doesnt fix it, luckily cheap, but nasty
