Beautiful Fresh Water & Fast Delivery

Firstly, let me thank you for how quickly your unit arrived at our place, it truly as first rate shipping and we were very excited to receive it so fast, it was a great start.

However, we were a little disappointed when we found the connection options in the box didn't fit our "brand new" tap that we had fitted the week before. We tried reaching out to you and got a reply stating we must have an old tap thread and could only offer a hose type conduit to adapt it. We tried calling our plumber and he ended up fitting it to our tap by adding an additional washer to the connection which while it still only went on about 1mm (and not the 4-5mm that is there) it created a good enough seal for the unit to work.

So perhaps and this is positive point of improvement, you might want to keep the varying connections for the main taps out there, or at least have a supplier who can offer them, or replacement parts like the little screen filter that goes inside them and the washers as our old reverse osmosis unit fits our tap "perfectly" and would only need the screen filter and washers replaced, so if you had them we would order them from you too (our trusted provider of reverse osmosis systems). This would have been the cherry on top of an already amazing service.

The unit provides beautiful, fresh and quickly distilled pure water, more efficiently than our old unit which had the same filters inside of it, but was more cost effective to order a new unit from you.

Overall, thank you very much for your brilliant service and our feedback was just to give you some ideas to help become a more complete service for reverse osmosis systems and after sales support for your units.

I would highly recommend you to anyone wanting a great system.
