Wrong Product

I ordered a set of filters, but one of the items was supplied incorrectly. When I called the office, I was told I had to return the incorrect filter, wait for it to be received, and only then would a replacement be sent out. Since we needed the filter to keep our business operating, and the original order had already arrived late, this response was not helpful. I expected PSI Filters to take more responsibility for correcting their mistake.
